HI DEF LIPOSCULPTURE

Using this technique it is possible to not only remove areas of excessive fat accumulation, but to show the underlying muscle definition. It is a method that might be of benefit to those people who exercise and eat well, but cannot achieve good definition.
Can be combined with fat transfer.

VASER LIPOSCULPTURE (VASER LIPOSELECTION)

Using the Vaser ultrasound machine during liposuction/liposculpture to liquify the fat before removal, means that more gentle cannulas can be used. This results in less injury to surrounding tissues and a faster recovery. The result are generally smoother and the skin retraction better too. So all-round the Vaser provides clear benefits for patients.
Can be combined with fat transfer.

LABIAPLASTY (ALSO KNOWN AS LABIOPLASTY)

When the inner or outer labia are large and may cause symptoms, patients may request a reduction in their size. As each woman is unique, the surgical plan must be modified for each patient. In older patients, who have lost tissue volume, labioplasty may be combined with fat transfer.

BRACHIAPLASTY (ARM LIFTS; ALSO KNOWN AS BRACHIOPLASTY)

With significant weight loss, or just normal ageing, patients can have excess skin and fat hanging from their upper arms. This can be addressed by removing the excess tissues during surgery. The length of scar will depend on the technique used by the surgeon, from a ‘mini’ technique with a scar just in the armpit, to a more conventional method with a longer scar along the inside of the arm and a variable length to the elbow.

ABDOMINOPLASTY (TUMMY TUCK)

This operation removes unwanted skin and fat, and may be used to tighten the rectus muscles to flatten the abdomen and bring in the waist. There are differing grades of this procedure, from ‘mini’ in which only skin and fat are removed with a short scar, to a longer scar with repositioning of the umbilicus and tightening of the muscles.

INNER THIGH LIFTS

Also common after significant weight loss, the inner thigh area tends to lose volume and sag. The skin in this region doesn’t contract as well as other areas. The scar left by the removal of skin and fat is in the thigh crease and continues under the buttock a variable distance, depending on the patient.
